The sailboat is a 2000 Hunter 340 (34 foot) which has been meticulously maintained. It features a walk-in queen size bedroom in the back and also a V -Shaped double bed in the front. The salon has a wrap around couch with a large dining table and flat screen TV. Full kitchen with stove and two top burners, microwave, a two sink faucet with hot water. ch is wonderful for relaxing on the water under the canopy and has amazing views of downtown. Everything is new i.e. mattresses, bedding (down comforters along with lighter options), pillows, a fully stocked kitchen, smart tv with cable and wireless internet. Please treat the boat as you would your own. No smoking on the boat, I'm available day or night with help or questions. You will have access to plenty of free gated parking if you have a car. The marina is also located very close to the airport. All marina facilities such as the pool, hot tub, gym, waterside fire pits, business center and amazing neighboring restaurants with great views and food. Mens and Ladies wash rooms are also on the property if you wish not to shower on the boat. Plus laundry facilities are on the property. Interaction will be as much or little as you request. I will be there to check you in and give a brief overview of the boat and answer any questions. Self check in's can be arranged if needed. I'm always available via phone or email to help with anything. Harbor Island is an amazing strip of land with Coronado Island to the South, Downtown to the East, the airport to the west and Point Loma to the North. Amazing Restaurants within walking distance include Coasterra and Island Prime both with amazing food and great happy hours along with many others. The island is also wonderful for walks, jogs or a bike rides and downtown is only a $6 uber ride away! Ample parking is available in a secured lot. The airport is only 5 minutes away. The Big Bay shuttle (May-Sept) offers connections along the harbor into downtown, Little Italy, The Midway, Seaport village and the Convention Center/Gaslamp area for $3 per day. Smart car members can access Car-to-Go on the island and a bike path from the island to downtown along the bay is available. Gated parking with 24 hour marina security
