Say hello to the newest member of our powder collection: Gardenia Oolong Powder. 🍵

A light roasted Taiwanese oolong, scented with fresh gardenia blossoms and ground into a fine powder. Lush and floral like gardenias in full bloom, with a soft vanilla sweetness that lingers. It quickly became a personal favorite, and it’s one of your most requested teas too.

Summer is here☀️, and cold brew season is officially open.

Cold brewing is simpler than you think: loose leaf tea, cold water, overnight in the fridge. That‘s it. All the aroma and complexity you love, without the bitterness.

To start, use a ratio of 3g tea to 200ml water. Add your tea into cold or room temp water, place in the fridge overnight (8+ hours), and adjust from there.
