PSA-if you use duct tape on failing fuel line its not gonna fix your issues. Only delaying your definite breakdown on the water. If you use duct tape to "seal" your fuel leak. Make sure you keep your seatow membership paid up. You'll need it.

Your steering loose on your Bravo outdrive? Boat feels loose in the rear or the steering isn't as responsive? You probably need a gimbal ring and steering pin. This boat was bad. You could have the steering wheel straight turn it 3/4 of a turn in either direction and it still go straight. Extremely dangerous. While in this one we did a lower shift cable, bellows, gimble bearing and trim senders to set this one off. Everything we did was with OEM parts nothing was aftermarket. We have warranties on most parts and labor. As long as its something we installed and purchased from us.

This yamaha came in with some serious water in fuel. Customer obviously had a complaint of how it ran and the water in fuel sensor going off. We pumped what was left in the fuel tank and started digging in to what was causing this water in fuel. This boat was purchased from saltwater and the maintenance had been neglected. We found almost all of the fuel hoses were cracked and getting water into the fuel tank. After getting those items fixed we started stripping down this fuel system to clean everything. Every hose, fitting and even the injectors. All that muck and nasty stuff ends up in the injectors. Which was rather rough. New fuel pumps and filters and most hoses were replaced to prevent future problems. Especially that electric fuel pump which is very crucial part to a smooth running engine.

We not only take these pictures to show the story for later but to show the customer what a small problem can cause in the end. We stand behind being honest and to prove every repair we do. We would rather you see why and what we replaced.

We are getting winterizations rolling in. Even if you started your boat once this season it has to be winterized (if its an inboard). We are coming by road this year to get them done. As we can not get on the water due to the levels. Just making it easier to drive by road to get them done. We can do most of everything this way. We have started trickling in the winterizations this year. We just got delivery of the antifreeze today. If you started your boat even once this year you'll need your boat winterized.

If you did not start it and it sat in the lift you will not need to rewinterize your boat. The fuel will be fine for next year and the current winterization will hold up.

If you need winterizing this year please consider us for your needs. We do PWC, Inboard and Outboards as well as house boats (A/C, Gensets, Water systems and Heads). We are fully insured. To your dock or home to do your winterizing and make sure your boat is safe. We do close to 600+ boats a year and hoping to blow this year out of the water.

This year we are doing something a little different.

If you have a boat that you've gotten off of your lift and do not have a trailer and it will not go back on the lift, we have options for storage for you.
We are offering to pull you boat off the water and winterize if need be, and store it for the winter or until levels come back up. Even if you have a trailer and do not have the means to store it or pull the trailer we can help with that as well. Regardless on where you're located on the water.

We will have a monthly plan to do so and prices will vary if using your trailer or ours. The monthly price will include us picking up your boat and putting it on the trailer and also trailer rental if need be. We have options for jet skis, pontoons and run about boats. We are working on covered spots but everything at the moment is uncovered. We will have plenty of room to accommodate any size boat thats reasonable.

We have surveillance surrounding the property and live on the property so no need in worrying about theft or vandalism.

We had a busy day Thurday. We worked on this 3375 Cabin Cruiser and got it right. Customer purchased this boat with a list of issues. Ended up needing a outdrive and we replaced it with a brand new OEM drive. Full tune up and service and found a couple of other small things. While it was hauled out we had Tom Hardy at Pelican Point give it some fresh bottom paint and waxed the whole boat.

She got the much needed love and made the customer happy for the weekend to use the boat.

Let's not skimp on crucial part of the operation of your boat. This is a shifter cable. Customer complained about the hard shifting. This is dangerous. Salt water got to this one but I've seen it on freshwater as well. Keep an eye on cables. If your boat is hard to shift you should not over look it.
