Scout is making SunRail more accessible 🚉

One of Scout's biggest successes has been connecting riders to SunRail.

Since November:
✔️ SunRail pickup and drop-offs have increased 248%
✔️ More than 3,000 SunRail connections were provided in June alone

Scout helps bridge the first and last mile, making regional transit easier to use.

Heading to SunRail? Let Scout get you to and from the station. Book your next connection in the Ride Freebee app. Learn more at ScoutSeminoleFL.com

Scout service update 🚗 We’re continuously working on ways to improve the Scout system, including learning from real trip data. Using that information over the past three months, the service model was refined to better match demand by time of day and location, helping improve overall efficiency.

Since rolling out these updates, ridership has increased by 16% and average wait times have dropped by more than 15%. We appreciate the community’s continued support as we roll out these updates.

We’re not stopping there — additional updates are underway to continue improving service in the coming weeks.

Specific feedback helps us identify issues and make meaningful changes. Please contact us at www.scoutseminolefl.com/contact, [email protected] or call 407-665-RIDE (7433), and include the name and phone number associated with your Scout account, along with the date and time of the ride.
