With predicted rain upon us, we would like to remind you to slow down and drive cautiously. Leave plenty of space between you and all other vehicles as your vehicle can’t stop as fast or turn as accurately on wet or icy pavement.

Plan ahead, during inclement weather. It may take longer to reach your destination. Expect the possibility of decreased visibility due to rain and do not drive through standing water, you do not know how deep it is or what is beneath the surface.

Remember, if your windshield wipers are in use, your headlights are required to be on. Make yourself as visible and as predictable as possible, use your turn signals and wear your seatbelt. Drive safe, designate a sober driver, and enjoy the holidays.
