The Parking Lot at Grayton on Co Hwy 283 is now a pay-to-park lot as of April 3, 2026. Please visit the website in the post for information and/or passes!
Walton County, in partnership with its contracted
vendor, PCI Municipal Services, will host parking permit sign-up events as it launches its paid parking program at select municipal parking lots.
Residents and visitors can apply for up to two parking permits per household. Walton County residents can purchase annual parking permits for a cost of $5 per
vehicle.
Please bring a valid Driver's License, current voter's registration card or a Walton County homestead exemption card to verify residency. In addition, please
provide a current vehicle registration for each vehicle application.
Non-Walton County residents can purchase a Non-Resident Annual Parking Permit for $205 per year or a Non-Resident Weekly Parking Permit for $90 per week. Please bring a valid Driver's License and current vehicle registration for each vehicle application.

📍Van Ness Butler Municipal Lot – 40 Western Lake Dr., Santa Rosa Beach
📍Grayton Beach Municipal Lot – 1505 County Hwy 283 S, Santa Rosa Beach
Ambassadors will be roving through the lots to assist with sign-ups.
Beginning April 3, paid parking will be implemented at the Van Ness Butler Municipal, County Road 393 Municipal and Grayton Beach Municipal lots.
Parking remains free of charge at all other municipal parking lot locations.
In addition, tram services to public beaches will continue to operate at no charge from all municipal parking lots.
