Summer is around the corner and unlike years past we have A LOT of availability at the Salty Schnauzer! The building improvements over the past 2 years have scared away our regular renters but they are all DONE!
-New elevator
-new exterior stairs
-new porches
Next year the pool will be converted to salt water! But there are no noisy workers and no ongoing work on the property. Gulf Place has many new businesses and just converted the tennis courts to have pickleball lines as well.
During the summer time we are required to go through our property manager but we do have the ability to reduce the nightly rate. The current posted summer rate is $460 a night and we are dropping that to $300 a night.
