"We rented 4 bikes for our pr***en boys for the week. They rode around daily. We took a long ride one day headed to Rosemary and one of the bikes got a flat. We called them and they came out immediately and brought a replacement which was too small, so she insisted she she would be back with the correct bike and was back quickly and we were back on our adventure. "Superb customer service and goes out of their way to help you with your bikes. My family rented bikes for the 4th of July week and have been having a blast with the bikes. We checked out several bike rental places but didn’t feel as welcome as with Butterfly.
