How do you say thank you for 20 years of memories that have become such a beautiful part of your life?

Twenty years ago, I stepped into this journey with a dream, a lot of faith, and no idea just how deeply it would change me. What began as a little business became so much more—it became part of my family’s story.

Through these doors have walked brides on the happiest days of their lives, children filled with Christmas wonder, families celebrating milestones, and people simply making memories together. I have watched love stories begin, families grow, and generations return. I have laughed with you, celebrated with you, prayed for you, and sometimes cried with you.

You trusted me with moments you could never get back—and that is something I have never taken lightly.

To every customer who chose us, every employee and driver who gave their heart, every vendor who became a friend, and every family member who sacrificed so I could keep chasing this dream: thank you. You helped build something far greater than a business. You helped build a lifetime of sweet memories.

There were long days, sleepless nights, hard seasons, and moments when I wondered if I could keep going. But God continued to make a way. Looking back now, I can see His hand in every mile, every person, and every open door.

Twenty years passed far too quickly. I wish I could hold onto every smile, every story, and every moment just a little longer.

Old Urban Trolley will always be one of the greatest loves of my life. And no matter where the road leads next, a piece of my heart will forever remain in every memory we helped create.

From the deepest place in my heart—thank you for trusting me, believing in me, and allowing my dream to become part of your lives.

What a beautiful ride it has been—and the journey continues, with more miles to travel and more sweet memories still waiting to be made.

We are so blessed to be a part of so many incredible moments—weddings, celebrations, family reunions, birthdays, and milestones. It’s an honor to help our clients create memories they’ll cherish for years.

This weekend, I took a little time away from work to do something just as important… make memories with my own family. ❤️

As much as I love helping others celebrate life’s special moments, this weekend reminded me that it’s important to slow down and enjoy the people who mean the most.
