Hi Carl,

Just writing to follow up on our recent bus trips with Upstate!

April 18, we went to NYC with Dan and Don as our drivers. I was on Don's bus and he was TERRIFIC! He knew the city well, was communicative, and lead the other driver. The busses stayed together and were in constant communication. The timing and adherence to our itinerary was exceptional. It was a terrific trip!

April 25-26, we went to NJ with Hank as our driver. Hank was also terrific! He had the full itinerary, always confirming details with me and being at the right place at the right time. He was so kind and patient with me and the kids. I can't say enough great things!
