Employee Spotlight: Evan Wilson, Parts Specialist

Evan's path to RMS started with a strong interest in the customer service and parts side of the business. After hearing great things about RMS, he reached out and found an opportunity to join the team.

With an eagerness to learn, a helpful attitude, and a focus on making processes easier, Evan brings a team-first mindset to his role. He's always willing to help find solutions, work through obstacles, and make sure anyone who comes through the door gets the support they need.

When pressure or tight deadlines come up, Evan stays focused by trusting the work will get done and leaning on the knowledge of those around him. He values the teamwork within the shop and office and appreciates that everyone is willing to help.

When he's away from work, Evan likes staying active by coaching youth soccer and enjoys relaxing with a round of golf alongside friends and family.
