Meet the Team!! At D7 Transport!! Today we highlight Colby Downs!! Colby is our Regulator. He is our Wingman. He is our trailblazer. Colby is hands down an EXECUTER! When I say that were blessed to have to him is an understatement.

Fun Fact: Colby is the 4 in the D7. 😆 Every one ask where the name came from. D-Downs & there is 7 of us.

What words would your friends use to describe you? These are words from the team. Eager to get the job done, The hardest working young man they have personally ever meet, (this statement was given by everyone), a man of few words, a " Go Getter", He gets done what is needed without ever complaining, One fantastic person, Meek, A family man, & SO sweet!!!

Meet the Team!! Today we highlight Chris Harman. He is the one that handles & oversees the bucks HA!
Read his questions & answers. Chris is our levelheaded one. The one who stays on the course. Does not bend. He keeps us in line. We sure appreciate him & his family. The unity of our team is who we are. 😊

What do you like to do with your free time? Absolutely Nothing!! I love fishing though.

What’s one thing that surprised you about working at D7 Transport? How things get done. LOL

What energizes you at work? When someone has no common sense. Like that will get me going. LOL

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be? Keep it Simple.

What’s some of your favorite memories from the past year? My son Josiah’s kindergarten graduation. My son Micah just being Micah. My daughter Lilys prayers & worship. Then of course my wife Sara kept all the chaos in order.

What book, movie, music, etc. changed your outlook on life? The Bible.

If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose? I really don’t want to trade places with anyone. Their shoes may be worse than mine.

What would you do if you were gifted a million dollars, no strings attached? Pay my tithes.

What’s your favorite sports team to root for? My fave team is my daughters Bow Shooting team at Granite Christian Academy! Best sports team out there!

What food have you tried that was the furthest out of your comfort zone? Well, I’ll try anything. So, nothing is out of my comfort zone. I do know that will not try a mountain oyster.

Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? He said he don’t know of one… So, this is Ashley answering for him. He has the power to stay quiet. Unbelieving Quiet. That isn’t a talent that is POWER.

What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit of? Making sure the team keeps all the notes in the system for billing. HAHA

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? Been to 2 countries so far doing missions. Hati & Philippines.

What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received? When my kids tell me I’m the best Daddy ever.

What words would your friends use to describe you? Here are some things the team had to say about Chris. He is steadfast, A man of few words when it comes to business, so when he does speak, it's worth the listen. Kind, great sense of humor, a great co-worker and friend. Sweet, Godly, Kind, Loving, Great friend, Consistent, Relentless, warrior, Patient. Someone you can trust fully. You can tell him something an you don’t have to worry about it going anywhere.

So it appears our granddaughter as well was in volition on Memorial Day! She’s an outlaw. They Cleary didn’t have a rider policy & couldn’t prove team driving without her proper lease documentation. She now can’t lease on as a team driver & Enzo was terminated for illegally having Gracelyn as a rider.

Drivers…..make sure your ALWAYS riding with proper documentation per DOT & per your companies standards! A lot of volitions unknowingly can not only cost you your job at current company, but can cost you major strikes against your CDL, CSA, & PSP. Making it almost impossible to get leased on with a reputable company. Stay educated. Protect your license it’s your responsibility.

Ollies first time on road & Cost us about 62 CSA points. He was wrote up for no working horn & inoperable windshield wipers. Be safe & make sure your checking those little things drivers!
