Trucking company is looking to hire a self-motivated person for full-time position as a Fleet Manager for our office in Elgin IL. Previous experience in trucking business is required. We offer training.

The candidate has to have good communication skills in English and Romanian/Russian languages.
Compensation is based experience, and will be discussed in detail during your interview.

Main functions and responsibilities:

- Interacting, on a daily basis, with drivers and office co-workers;
- Good organizational and managerial skills;
- Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the company fleet;
- Ensuring DOT & compliance standards
- Manage and troubleshoot all service maintenance issues;
- Provide assistance and support for drivers OTR
- Ability to build relationships with brokers, drivers and company partners.
- Taking the responsibility of solving the problems, etc.
