I HAVE REPORTED TO POLICE, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. FMCSA , EFS, EVERY FACTORING COMPANY . DO NOT BOOK ANY FREIGHT UNLESS YOU HAVE OUR REAL NUMBERS, AND OUR REAL EMAILS. Logistics Coordinator/Office Support Staff/Warehouse Support Staff

Chuck’s is a logistics firm and storage facility located in Schertz, Texas. We currently have several positions available in our office and warehouse. We are seeking detail oriented, responsible individuals to fill the positions of Logistics Coordinator, Office Support Staff and Warehouse Support Staff. These positions are both full and part time and offer competitive wages and paid benefits, depending on the position.

Job Responsibilities:
 Answer, screen and resolve incoming calls
 Track and verify truck locations prior to delivery
 Communicate with customers, dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and updates
 Verify product information including case counts, temperature readings and pallet counts on active loads
 Dispatch support including data entry, scanning and other various tasks
 Warehouse support including forklift operation, assisting with product rework, organization and monitoring of stored product and various other tasks
 Accounting support including filing, scanning, photocopying and various other tasks

Job Requirements:
 Computer knowledge and proficiency (Windows based preferred)
 Effective telephone skills
 Forklift operator experience preferred but not required

We are looking for full time in office dispatchers to work all hours for over-the-road refrigerated and dry commodities going to 48 states. Applicants will be required to assist with coordinating loading-unloading of drivers, shippers, receivers, customers, and business partners.
Job requirements are:
*Coordinate and communicate information to Drivers, as well as organizing and tracking information according to Customers needs.
*Strong Customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
*Strong ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
*Answer incoming phone calls and/or inquires (emails and texts), maintaining and providing positive and effective service to Customers.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of Employees and Customers.
*Monitor progress of drivers, equipment and loads.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows and other business-related applications.
*To be able to work all shifts.
