We have a seat open! We have a long haul cattle hauling position available. Truck is based in Western Kansas. Driver must live in Kansas or a surrounding state and be able to get on Great West insurance.
We are looking for:
1. A high standard individual. Cleanliness, timelines, and a positive attitude, wanting to do a great job!
2. A high character individual. Honesty, integrity, someone who can be counted on to do the right thing every time.
3. A coachable individual. Someone willing to learn, and always looking for ways to improve.
4. 23 years old and 2 years otr experience. General livestock experience helpful, but not required.
We provide:
1. Pay on percentage of gross to the truck.

Your responsibilities:
1. Load, care for, and unload all sizes of cattle.
2. Clean out and bed down trailers to achieve the goal of unloading clean, dry livestock.
3. Drive in a safe manner. Not only for the safety of other people around you, but for the safety and well being of the cattle you are responsible for. Avoiding sudden stops, jerky takeoffs, or harsh corners.
4. Maintaining a clean well cared for truck, both inside and out. Regular truck washes are expected, and a once per year professional polish of the aluminum is provided.
5. Communicate maintenance and repair needs, as well as possibly doing a few minor fixes on the road.
