📣 A Quick Reminder About Online Ticket Purchases
When you purchase tickets online, the reservation is under the ticket purchaser’s name. The name, email address, and phone number entered at checkout are the only contact information Backroad Tours receives.
For example: If your friend buys tickets for both of you, we receive your friend’s contact information. We do not receive yours or know who will be using the additional ticket.
Trip updates, bus reminders, meal selections, and other important information will go to the email address provided at checkout.
If another traveler, or each person in your party, needs to receive those updates directly, please contact us with their name, email address, and phone number, so we can add their contact information to the trip list.
Please double-check your information when ordering. If you type your email address incorrectly, all correspondence is sent to that incorrect email address.
If you purchase tickets for others, make sure you share the trip updates with them.
