🚨 FINAL CALL — REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 31! 🚨

🎄✨ SAN ANTONIO HOLIDAY — DECEMBER 1–5, 2026 ✨🎄

It never fails… as soon as registration closes for a trip, the calls start coming in from people wanting to go! Unfortunately, once we reach that point, it’s simply too late. Airline tickets are secured, reservations are finalized, and we cannot add additional travelers.

So we want to make sure everyone sees this:

📅 AUGUST 31 IS THE ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR OUR SAN ANTONIO HOLIDAY TRIP!

Our Hiwassee Loop travelers enjoyed a beautiful and wonderfully relaxing day in Tennessee! 🚂🌿

The weather was perfect as they rode through the peaceful countryside, enjoying the scenery from the comfort of the train. Everyone received a nice box lunch, along with a snack box to enjoy during the ride.

Cell service was limited and honestly, that may have been one of the best parts! It gave everyone a chance to put down their phones, visit with one another, watch the beautiful scenery pass by, and simply enjoy the moment. A few travelers even decided the gentle rocking of the train was perfect for an afternoon nap! 😴

Sometimes a quiet, slow-paced day is exactly what we need. Thank you all for traveling with Backroad Tours 💚

The group has been out and about enjoying downtown Wetumpka! They spent some free time eating lunch, exploring the area, checking out the colorful murals, unique metal artwork and the HGTV’s Home Town Takeover improvements that have helped breathe new life into this little river town.

Now, the group has divided for an afternoon of their choice! 😂 Some have been dropped off at the casino to test their luck 🎰🍀, while the others are on a completely different kind of treasure hunt…hitting the local thrift stores to see what goodies they can find! 🛍️

Just another fun day seeing where the backroads take us! ❤️🚌
