Are you looking to reduce costs on small parcel and LTL services without altering your operations?

You’ve come to the right place. Here’s real-life examples of what we achieve.

Before you ask, yes, this is a genuine conversation. And no, these figures likely won’t apply to your company unless it spends $2.5 million annually on shipping.

How do we achieve this?

* We conduct a 30-day free automated audit of your shipping invoices.

* After a few weeks, we present you with the savings opportunities based on your shipper profile. You then have the option to decide. For instance, if you qualify for our group small parcel rates, you can begin shipping the following week.

* If you can’t switch carriers, the audit results will assist us in negotiating a better service agreement with your current carrier.

* Regarding the audit, you retain 100% of any refunds we identify. If no savings are found, you owe us nothing.

Here's a funny about one of our clients.

This is a detail that many managers overlook .

As you know, getting into our Premium Shipping Program requires a four-step process.

1 .First we do a 30-day free automated audit of your shipping invoices.

2. After a couple of weeks, we present you the savings opportunities based on your shipper profile. Then it’s up to you to decide.
3. If you qualify for our group small parcel rates, you can start shipping the next week with top-tier shipping discounts, no high volume required.
4. Some people prefer switching to a full account right away, while others prefer to go slowly and compare old and new rates side by side. It's your decision.

However, there's one crucial step to activating the savings: ensure that all your warehouses are using your new accounts! 😁

Are you a Finance or Procurement Director?
Has your CFO recently mandated year-over-year cost neutrality for the next budget cycle?

Fear not! We have proven time and again that we can offset carrier general rate increases and achieve cost neutrality.

Would you like to know how?
It's quite simple.

1. First we do a 30-day free automated audit of your shipping invoices.

2. After a couple of weeks, we present you the savings opportunities based on your shipper profile. Then it’s up to you to decide.
For example, if you qualify for our group small parcel rates, you can start shipping the following week.
3. “What if I can’t switch carriers?” If that’s the case, the audit results will help us negotiate a better service agreement with your current carrier.
4. You keep 100% of any refunds we find as part of the audit. If we don't find anything, you won't owe us anything.

Would you like to stop overpaying for shipping and get competitive rates with real flexibility? Send us a DM with the word "GRI," and we'll send you the details.

What would you do?
Most Logistics and Operations pros run into the same dilemma:
The biggest discounts often come with a carrier change.

But anyone who has ever managed a warehouse, transportation operation, or eCommerce fulfillment team knows that changing carriers isn't just changing carriers.

It's updating systems.
It's testing integrations.
It's retraining teams.
It's troubleshooting the unexpected.

It's work. A lot of work. That's why many companies stay with the same provider long after they've started questioning the rates, service, or both. And that's understandable.

When we work with new clients, we don't start with "Let's switch carriers."
We start with "Let's find the smartest path to savings."

-A carrier change
-Negotiating better rates.
-Leveraging alternative services alongside your existing provider.

Our goal is simple: to reduce costs without creating operational headaches.

But, If a good opportunity comes up… that will be an interesting discussion to have with your CFO.

So… what would you do? Would you switch?

Let me know in the comments.

I've seen my share of warehouse and procurement managers make the same mistake over and over:
They brush my team off with a phrase that's as accurate as it is misleading:

“We ship using our clients' accounts.”

Let me tell you just one thing.

I get it. It's easy. And it's OK if you're just starting out—or if you need to ship using a specialized, white-glove service.

But once you start ramping up volume and shipping product for real, you may be leaving money on the table for the sake of convenience.

When you're not in charge of your shipping account, you're giving up the opportunity to improve your margins. You're also missing the chance to allocate that budget to areas that matter more to you, like research and development or marketing.

There's nothing stopping you from getting a deal for yourself—and potentially getting even better rates.

DM me and let's see what we can do.

Carrier representatives play an important role.
They help customers understand available services, maintain strong relationships, and navigate their carrier's offerings.

At the same time, their responsibility is to represent the interests of their organization.

That's exactly why many companies choose to seek an independent perspective before signing a new agreement.

A shipping consultant doesn't replace your relationship with your carrier—it complements it.

By reviewing shipping invoices, service levels, surcharges, and transportation patterns, an independent analysis can help determine whether your current agreement still aligns with your business needs.

Sometimes the conclusion is that your existing contract is already competitive.

Sometimes there are opportunities to improve pricing, service terms, or overall flexibility.

Either way, decisions are easier to make when they're based on objective data.

After all, the goal isn't simply to negotiate harder. It's to negotiate with the right information.

When renegotiating carrier contracts, what's the biggest mistake a company can make?

The answer it's surprisingly simple:

Waiting until the carrier starts the conversation.

Most carrier agreements come up for renewal every couple of years. That means companies usually know when a negotiation is approaching—and have an opportunity to prepare.

Before sitting down with your carrier, it's worth understanding:

-Which contract terms are truly non-negotiable.
-Where you have room to compromise.
-Which discounts actually create value for your business.
-How your shipping profile has evolved since the last agreement.
-Where your negotiating leverage really is.

The organizations that consistently secure better agreements are the ones that arrive prepared, backed by data and a clear understanding of their priorities.

That's where an independent review can make a meaningful difference. Before a contract is renewed, we help companies analyze carrier proposals, identify overlooked opportunities, and support negotiations with objective data—not assumptions.
