The biggest obstacle stopping Ops and Logistics teams from reducing shipping costs has nothing to do with zones, leverage, or carrier pricing models. It’s something much simpler.

Do you know the phrases we hear most often from prospects?

“We already have great discounts.”

“We’ve worked with the same rep for 15 years.”

“Our systems are deeply integrated.”

We get asked this a lot.

Here’s the short version:
- First, we run a 30-day free automated audit of your shipping invoices
- After a couple of weeks, we show you the savings opportunities based on your shipper profile.

Then the ball is in your court:
-If you qualify for our group small parcel rates, you can start shipping the following week.
-If switching carriers isn’t an option (or simply not worth the operational headache), we use the audit data to negotiate a stronger agreement with your current carrier

Either way, the goal is the same: lower costs without disrupting operations. The exact savings depend on things like your shipping profile, current rates, service agreement, etc. But with the right fit, the results are usually significant.
