COLTS (County of Lackawanna Transit System) COLTS was formed in 1972 to provide safe, affordable, and convenient public transportation in Lackawanna County.

COLTS Mission:
COLTS’ mission is to enhance mobility and economic well-being for the citizens of Lackawanna County through management of public transportation services that are affordable, efficient, equitable, reliable, safe, and environmentally friendly. It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our friend and colleague, Andrew "Drew" Klees, who served as a Shared Ride Operator with COLTS since August 2022.

Drew was a dedicated employee who took pride in serving our passengers and community. His commitment, kindness, and professionalism touched the lives of many riders and coworkers throughout his time with COLTS.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Drew's family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time. Please, keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Thank you, Drew, for your service to COLTS and the communities we serve. You will be remembered and missed.
