We are a local yacht and sailboat detailing company looking to hire new crew members with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY for the Spring and Summer seasons.
Part to Full Time hours available 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Hours may vary in Summer months as daylight/weather dictates. The positions open are for seasonal work from April- September. Hours available may range at the beginning of the season from 10-25 per week, and generally increase to full-time hours by in April. We are open to working with your individual schedule, and often find that flexibility seems to benefit both employer and employee.
The right candidate would have experience supervising and working with others, while maintaining a team-based attitude and showing an ability to prioritize projects and deadlines. Individuals with previous detailing/painting/labor intensive job experience will earn higher compensation.
Our company performs mobile exterior maintenance at marinas, boat yards, and other facilities around the Greater Seattle Area. Due to the nature of our business a working AND reliable car/truck is required for transportation of tools/ work kits each day. Proof of Driver’s License and Auto Insurance will be required upon hire.
**Previous yacht maintenance experience not required, but is encouraged. All candidates must meet the below requirements.**
Candidates for employment must be at least 18 years of age AND have a RELIABLE CAR OR TRUCK (no motorcycles, bikes, scooters, bus, etc.), current driver’s license, cell phone, and valid experience that will demonstrate the following attributes:
• Ability to work unsupervised OR as a team
• Ability to think critically in any situation to resolve problems efficiently
• Quality/detail oriented
• Able to work a physical job including some lifting of heavy loads/tools and extensive standing periods
• Ability to follow direction
• Reliable/punctual and with SUPERIOR COMMUNICATION skills
• Illustrates a respectful, appropriate work demeanor

We offer $17-$20/hour starting compensation with opportunities for raises (based on quality of work and/or experience) .
