We have an exciting announcement! We have developed a referral program and are spreading the word.

We have a referral program that would benefit you each time you refer someone you know to move with B & Z Moving LLC. We designed it to be as simple as possible for your convenience: Each time someone you refer books with us, and completes their move, you will receive $50!

***All they need to do to ensure you receive your money, if you've been a customer of B&Z Moving LLC in the past, is include your first AND last name in the Questionnaire, under the "How did you hear about us (Yelp, Google, Referral, Etc)?" section.***

If you have never used B&Z Moving LLC's services, but would still like to participate in our referral program, the only additional information we'll need the referral to provide (on top of your name) is your number or email where we can reach you to set up your payment.

Then, once their move is complete, at the end of that week, we will reach out to you and see how you would like your $50 sent to you. It's that easy! There's no limit on this program, so if you refer 100+ people, over the next several days/weeks/months/years, you will earn $5000+ for your efforts!

We are a full service, family owned, local household goods moving company serving the greater Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia area, and we are looking for quality individuals who are looking to start or further a career in the moving industry.

We are now accepting applications for part time or full time Lead Movers/Drivers. Moving can be a strenuous job, and all candidates must be physically fit and capable of working hard labor for long periods of time. No moving experience is necessary, if you have a strong willingness to learn and apply yourself, we are willing to train. Likewise, while experience driving a box truck is a plus, it is not required.

Some qualities that make a perfect candidate for becoming a part of the B & Z Moving family include:

Clean Driving Record (MVR)

Ability to lift 100+lbs repetitively for long periods of time and go up and down stairs

Excellent customer service skills

Benefits Offered:

At B&Z Moving LLC we strive to pay the highest starting pay in the industry, with pay starting at $22/hr-$25/hr during trial period (typically 90-days) or more, depending on MVR and verifiable experience.

Tipping is common in this industry and can increase pay by an average of $10,000.00 a year.

We offer a $500 sign on bonus after successfully completing the 90-day trial period.

Healthcare benefits after trial period, in the form of a health plan reimbursement, which includes reimbursements for any medical expense such as over the counter medicine, co-pays, monthly healthcare plan costs, etc. of up to $300/mo. This health plan reimbursement is tax free, quick, and easy. You get to keep your current healthcare plan, and doctors.

Professionally managed 401K, after trial period, with a company match of up to $100/mo.

Accumulated sick leave, and Family and

Medical leave of Washington State.
