Meet Terry Elders, Sebring Regional Airport’s Maintenance and Project Coordinator.

Since 2015, Terry has been one of the people behind the scenes keeping the airport running — solving problems, coordinating projects and drawing on decades of hands-on experience.

“There’s 9,000 different things going on,” Terry says with a laugh.

And that may be exactly why he loves the job.

From helping the airport recover after Hurricane Irma to finding creative solutions for keeping wildlife away from runways, Terry’s work touches nearly every corner of Sebring Regional Airport.
