Penny is also a Senior Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University, often teaching Foundations of Social Work Practice at the graduate level. Outside her professional life, Penny spends much of her downtime planning the *next* adventure and has gained a reputation amongst family and friends for being a skilled curator of the most special and magical experiences. Recently, she’s likely been spotted in Iceland chasing northern lights and waterfalls, in Arizona photographing the natural wonders of Antelope Canyon and meditating in Sedona’s Red Rocks, in Aruba reflecting on the island’s cultural diversity and enjoying the local cuisine, or in Italy (the land of all things sensuous) shopping, relaxing, eating and living “la dolce vita” - just to name a few. As a result of her travels, Penny has formed strong relationships with travel industry experts with access to some of the planet’s most sought-after destinations.
