Kim was heading to New Orleans for the first time with a group and wanted to make sure they got it right.

I helped find the hotel that fit how they actually travel, built them a city guide with restaurant picks, activity recommendations, and the kind of local tips that don’t show up in a Google search.

She ended up calling me from the trip to help navigate the trolley system.

Arrive in Nice. Let the warm stone and café rhythm settle in. Move slowly through the Riviera — Antibes, Cannes, Saint-Tropez — each with its own pace and personality. Spend a day inland in Provence with lavender fields and unhurried w**e tastings. End on Cap-Ferrat before Monaco shifts the mood entirely.

Eight days. One coastline. A completely different way of experiencing France.
