We’re looking for a Flatbed Truck Dispatcher to join our team and help ensure our fleet operates smoothly and on schedule.

What You'll Do:

- Schedule and dispatch flatbed trucks to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with drivers to provide route details, updates, and support
- Monitor load boards and secure freight opportunities that maximize efficiency
- Work closely with customers, brokers, and fleet managers to coordinate shipments
- Handle unexpected challenges like delays, equipment issues, and last-minute changes
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in dispatching, trucking operations, or logistics (flatbed experience preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with load boards, transportation management systems, and route planning
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
