I go to Gruber Sires attorney about doing a foreclosure on a house people are not paying for and I pay $50 for 30 minute consult . He gives me the procedure and says cost is $2500 non refundable and I say "so all you are gonna do is send a certified letter RRR and if they pay up right after you send out the letter , do I get my $2500 back ? " REPLY " no " , at which point he says write the suit up your self and I'll look it over and file it ( me ) and I say OK , I have done that before on other cases and he says , he'll look it over . He still owes me 18 minutes of his ' vast years of experience ' HA!!!

Folks , filing a lawsuit ain't nothin' hard - cost about $150.Ya gotta write it up all purty as if was a high school essay ( double spaced) , file it at the Court , have someone deliver it and wait till they respond .Every time ya mail something or file with da Court ya gotta sign an Affit of Delivery and keep yer receipts.
The judges usually cut ya some slack if ya make a minor mistake since you are doing it ' Pro Se ' - which means there are no f'n conniving lawyers on yer side .

There are people in this world who can tell you a lot about their character and not say a word. I used to believe that you cant judge a book by its cover . I do know that actions speak louder than words. I also have come to realize that that I need to follow my intuition and trust in the 1st impression .
The above have been hard lessons to learn .
