We started on this 30x65 house earlier this week but today was moving day. We stripped the brick veneer on this house, carried the chimney/fireplace with it, and relocated it on the same property so a new house can be built in it's place. The route consisted of about a quarter mile of new road, cleared and cut around the base of a small mountain with a creek on the other side. Just a little tight! As dry is at is in most places, this site was still slick and soft in the shadow of the mountain. NEXT!

We just finished lifting this 5100 sqft historic beauty in downtown Belmont. This house is receiving a complete renovation and was in desperate need of a new foundation before that starts. We lifted this house 8 inches with all 3 chimneys and demoed the remaining foundation so a new footing and foundation can be built.

In 3 days we got this 30x80 moved off the property next door. It's now waiting on the grading and a basement to be dug. We'll return in a few weeks to put it 10 feet in the air for the new basement construction.
