Congratulations Letitia Dale | Driver of The Month June 2026

Letitia joined the Big G team in December 2023, bringing nearly 20 years of trucking experience with her. She began her driving career in 2007 with Werner, later drove for STS, and has spent most of her career hauling dry van freight.



One of her favorite memories from life on the road is driving cross-country with little traffic, the windows down, and great music playing. When Letitia isn't behind the wheel, you'll likely find her firing up the grill, cooking a rack of ribs, and enjoying some well-earned downtime. She lives in South Fulton, Georgia, and loves spending time with her extended family, especially her nieces and nephews.



When asked what advice she'd give to new drivers, Letitia shared:

"Trucking is a daily learning process. Never think you know everything—there's always something new to learn."
