Happy HUMP DAY Bullitt County. Nice outside right now at 41° and we’re expecting a great day. Partly sunny and 66° later. In the 70’s Thursday and Friday with mostly sunny skies.
Our drivers, monitors and food service staff are all part of a massive 60,000 meals project. 30,000 breakfasts and 30,000 lunches will go out this Friday on our BCPS school buses. These meals are for our BCPS students giving them much needed meals for SPRING BREAK WEEK. Homework buses will still be out there the next few days.
We do the best we can to get to the areas most in need. Unfortunately... we can't get everywhere. We've added the middle school stops from 12 noon to 2 pm so families in need can maybe reach us there.
Again and we need to emphasize, these meals are for BCPS students in need. Supplies are limited. Please... DO NOT go to more than one bus for more than one breakfast, one lunch per day, per student. If you have extra food... help a neighbor that doesn't have enough.
Set the standard. Be THAT neighbor. Be... BULLITT COUNTY PROUD... BULLITT COUNTY STRONG.
