What we are looking for: FLATBED DISPATCHER
• Quick and accurate entry of data in all relevant systems
• Knowledge of DAT, Internet Truckstop
• Oversize, Overdimentional loads
• Must be able to negotiate in the spot market
• Knowledge of Google sheets, ITS and excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
• Basic understanding of flatbed transportation process
• Excellent Customer Service
• Empathetic to the drivers’ and carrier needs with the ability to translate those needs into solutions that deliver value
• Industry experience and acute attention to detail
• Representation of our core values daily both in and out of the office.
• Office Hours 7:30-5p (communication outside of these hours is expected if needed)
