Another picture of Wooly Stars. These little sheep were certainly fun to make! My daughter, after seeing this quilt, has decided she’d like a sheep pillow. Now I just need to convince her that she (not mom!) can have the fun of making it herself. 😂The white fabrics are all from Coriander Seeds…each sheep is a different white on white fabric. The tan and the black fabrics are both from Robin Picken’s Thatched is available now and Coriander Seeds will ship in May(ish) to quilt shops. The Wooly Stars pattern is in my shop now which you can find here:

Finished this patchwork baby quilt for Baby Hadaway, who is expected to arrive near Valentine’s Day. Can’t wait to meet him, and hope he loves to snuggle in his quilt!

In the midst of LIFE: Days are hard. Weeks are long. Emotions ebb and flow. Relationships change. Bodies degrade. Jobs cause stress. Prayer is hard. We feel alone.

But daily, somewhere in the midst of all this hard LIFE, you smell good coffee. Your friend reaches out. Your spouses does the laundry. Your sleeping baby rests in your arms. And we feel okay again.

LIFE is sad and hard sometimes. But other times it is joyful and easy. So make sure to pay attention to the GLIMPSES OF GOOD that dot your days. Be intentional with noticing them. Relish in them. Thank God for them. Because these glimpses are sometimes our saving grace.
