Closing for the day

We will be closed until after roads are cleared a bit more. It is not worth it to risk the long drive this morning

Due to the lovely snowstorm that we are currently having we are opening late - approximately 10:45 -and all fingerprint appointments have been canceled for today
IdentoGo SHOULD have contacted everyone however, once I get there, I will not turn anyone away if they do come in
The roads are a mess just about everywhere so please (if you can) stay home and stay safe
We will be back on Monday morning to help with whatever you need and with a smile 😊

Great news! The IdentoGo fingerprint and passport services have been restored at The Ship Shop beginning Thursday, Aug 14th. If you have an appointment scheduled, we’ll see you then.

IdentoGo regrets to inform that our office (IDENTOGO ONLY) will be closed today, Tuesday, August 12, due to a computer system outage.
Consequently, fingerprinting and passport photo services are unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Effective 7/28/25, our Identogo fingerprinting service will be Tuesday's and Thursday's between 9:30 am and 2:00 pm and Saturday's from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Walk ins will be allowed on those days only as long as one of the appointment slots are available. We will not be offering fingerprinting on Monday's, Wednesday's or Friday's. You do have to register online at www.identogo.com with your service code and it is always BEST to choose an appointment date and time to ensure we can get you in on you preferred service date.
