The CVSA has released the results from the 2025 International Roadcheck, a 72-hour inspection effort across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. More than 56,000 inspections were completed, uncovering over 16,000 out-of-service violations involving vehicles, drivers, and hazardous materials.

This year’s focus areas—tire safety and false driver logs—revealed ongoing concerns, with tire and brake problems leading all violations. Hours-of-service issues also topped the list of driver-related violations. Despite the findings, most drivers and vehicles passed inspection, showing continued improvement in highway safety compliance.

Read the full breakdown of inspection results, focus areas, and safety trends from the CVSA’s 2025 International Roadcheck on our website.
