Please Note: We run this service successfully every year and have plenty of room available!

Our online ticket sales opens October 1 & shuts off December 15 at 12PM. This hard deadline allows us to gather all information & create official chalks.

Flight Itinerary Required: Soldiers must upload their flight itinerary online to purchase their HBL shuttle bus tickets (must include all details, dates, connections, airlines, flight #)

How to Purchase Online Only: please Do not call Huachuca Shuttle for these HBL discounted tickets, they are available strictly online. Starting October 1, visit huachucashuttle.com, click on Holiday Block Leave, fill out all of your required information & purchase your shuttle tickets.

Important Command Verification: Every soldier must confirm with their specific unit & company command team before purchasing tickets. Huachuca Shuttle takes no responsibility if you do not independently verify your approved leave windows.

For Travel Outside Main HBL Dates: If you cannot travel on discounted shuttles bus days, before or after, choose to travel on other days because plane tickets are cheaper, you may call into our office to book regular fare shuttle to airport.

To our incoming soldiers: We sincerely apologize for confusion & wait times at Tucson airport last night. We love the Army, but we know communication gaps happen during major transitions. A quick clarification for peace of mind: our shuttle service has operated for 24 years & a trusted authorized government contractor. Under Fort Leonard Wood’s established AIT policies, standard procedure is for soldiers to pay $119-149 fare out-of-pocket & submit receipt for full reimbursement using ARMY Smart Voucher system. Last night, conflicting advice given by leadership regarding this policy meant 60% of our scheduled roster arrived without required 24-hour prepayment & reservations. Combined w/flight delays, 140+ lenardwoord & 14+ Benning unannounced soldiers, our team faced a massive challenges.
Our drivers adjusted 2-56 passenger buses, 3-15 passenger vans w/enclosed luggage trailors making back to back runs to get every single soldier safely checked in on base literally finishing now 745am. We will be working directly with military leadership first thing Monday morning to realign on these travel procedures so your future transitions are as smooth and stress-free as possible. Welcome to Arizona, & thank you for your service & your patience! 🇺🇸🚐

To our incoming soldiers: We sincerely apologize for confusion & wait times at Tucson airport last night. We love the Army, but we know communication gaps happen during major transitions.
