We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our Maintenance / Fleet Services team!

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Order and manage parts & shop supplies
• Maintain inventory and records in Dossier
• Process purchase orders, invoices, returns & warranty claims
• Coordinate parts deliveries, pickups & transfers
• Support technicians, vendors, drivers & management
• Assist with reporting and daily shop operations

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Previous administrative, purchasing, inventory, or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of truck & trailer parts is a plus

💪 Must be able to regularly lift up to 100 lbs. and work in a fast-paced fleet maintenance environment.
