2 company driver (W-2) positions available. Automatic or manual trans Volvo tractors. Utility re**er trailers with Thermo King S600 Precedent units. Live load/unload, no-touch freight.
Outbound loads generally originate from locations between Milwaukee and Chicago. We usually keep our trucks running east of the Mississippi, mostly south or in the Midwest: Carolinas, Georgia, Virginia, western Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Texas (eastern), Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota.
Willing to pay up to $0.90/mile for well-qualified drivers. Pre-tax per diem pay. Health insurance and 401K available after 2 months. Paid vacation after one year. Bonuses available for fuel efficiency, clean DOT inspections, performance, and buying fuel within our network.
Performance review at 90 days, 3 months, and 6 months that may lead to increased compensation.

A well qualified driver has:
• At least 3 years of CDL A driving experience.
• Clean driving record-no moving violations or avoidable accidents in at least 3 years.
• Clean drug screen.
• Valid medical card.
• Someone who will take care of our equipment. And keep them clean, inside and out-we will pay for weekly truck/trailer washes and washouts!
Extra credit for drivers with:
• Re**er experience (we can teach you how to use it)
• ELD experience (again, we can teach you how to use it)
• Tanker endorsement (sometimes it comes in handy)
• Someone who wants to build a career with us

You may have noticed we didn’t write much about how many miles or what the schedule looks like. That’s because we’re fairly flexible. We have an idea about how much we want the trucks to gross, but we also know that different drivers have different wants, needs, and goals. Do you want home time every week? We can make that happen. Do you want to go out for longer stretches? That’s fine, too. We had a driver who was on track to make $90,000/year. Let’s talk about our goals and see if we can reach an agreement.
We’re not going to make promises we can’t keep. Trucking is still trucking, and it’s not easy out there.
