By rethinking the product itself, they’ve created a more efficient solution that cuts down on shipping and storage without sacrificing performance.

Getting the opportunity to help bring that story to Amazon and support the next stage of their growth has been something our team has truly enjoyed.

Amazon used to be:
“Send us inventory → we’ll handle the rest”

Now it’s:
“Pay at every step of the supply chain” 🙄

What changed: You used to ship to 1–2 FCs & Amazon would distribute inventory internally

Now ⬇️
You either: ✅ Pay a fee per unit (Amazon distributes) OR 🚚 Ship to multiple FCs yourself (more complexity).

Why Amazon did this:
