Over the weekend, we had the honor of being a part of an official SCA competition at Grate Sauces and Rubs! 😁 🔥

Pitmasters from all over put their creativity to the test in the “Anything Bologna” category, using either Bright Leaf or Curtis Packing Company 3 lb. Bologna sticks to make some seriously impressive dishes. 👏
