AG Needs Inc. is looking for an experienced Re**er Dispatcher to join our growing team!

We're looking for someone who understands the trucking industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep trucks moving efficiently and profitably.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Previous trucking dispatch experience required
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads
✅ Knowledge of HOS regulations, appointment scheduling, and load planning
✅ Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

📍 Location: Smithfield, Utah

🏢 Position: Full-Time in office

Harold Vigil is one of our re**er drivers. He is coming off a 14,539 mile month at 8.1mpg! Harold keeps his truck clean, takes pride in how the equipment looks and has been a part of the team for just shy of a couple of years. We have a great crew of drivers here and Harold is one of them!
