As an Overnight Sanitation Associate, it will be your job to maintain all sanitation standards established by the Distribution Center in order to ensure a clean and safe work environment for all associates. Duties and Responsibilities:
•Pick up debris, empty trash cans, remove spills in a prompt manner; dust racks, doors, lights, etc.
•Sweep and mop slots, clean restrooms, break-rooms and offices in assigned areas.
•Record all damaged product on a damage control sheet.
•Sweep and scrub floors, as well as outside areas to help ensure the safety, proper sanitation and efficiency of the distribution center.
•Maintain equipment daily; topping off fluids, cleaning out brushes and washing equipment.
•Record and report all damaged product properly.
•Report equipment and pallet jack problems to maintenance.
•Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting work group or distribution center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.
•Ensure compliance with company standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity.

*Responsible for performing distribution center shipping/receiving functions and be an essential part of moving product accurately and safely throughout the Distribution Center
*Perform any shipping and receiving task that may be assigned by supervisor or appropriate designee
*Complete all documents related to shipping and or receiving tasks assigned
*Select and palletize grocery, produce, meat, frozen food and dairy orders for shipment to retail stores accurately
*Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
*Perform pre-operational check of pallet jacks or forklifts according to company policy
*Follow good sanitation practices; keep work area clean and free of debris

* Assist in unloading deliveries at stores
* Follow proper pre-tip procedures as required by DOT regulation 392.7
* Maintain and follow all proper delivery and pick up paperwork and procedures
* Maintain all D.O.T. paperwork and qualifications
* Assuring proper count and condition of loads at all backhaul, for hire and relay locations.

Qualifications
* Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License
* Must be 21 years of age
* Must have a minimum of 1 year and 100,000 miles tractor trailer driving experience
* Reach, bend, stoop and lifting up to 70 lbs.
* Must not have more than one moving violation against your driving record in the last 3 year rolling period.
* Must pass drug screen and background check
