A day in the life of SF ADVANCE…
Have exceptional telephone customer service. You will be responsible for helping make our customers happy and successful. A positive attitude is a must!
Utilize technology for truck searches and matches, while having strong negotiation skills.
Schedule and route trucks. This involves multi-tasking, accuracy, and organization.
Effectively dispatch deliveries and assist the driver to ensure they have all resources to deliver.
Be accountable for acting as a liaison between drivers, customers, and management. This means being a great listener and communicator all around.
Maintain a professional office environment and professional relations with customers, other employees, and management.
Be a team supporter! Great teams are better than the all-star players. No matter how great someone’s ideas, they’ll be improved upon through collaboration.
ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service
• Must be able to easily adapt to changing market conditions
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office and various search engines
• Ability to perform data entry with minimum of 50 WPM
• Punctuality. We depend on one another!
