Spokane, our hearts are aching with you. 💔

We've spent years carrying boxes up the driveways of Indian Trail. Reassembling bed frames on the West Plains. Handing someone the last box on move-in day in Nine Mile and Mead and watching them look around at a house that was about to become their home.

Some of those homes are gone. 😢

We keep thinking about the families we've moved over the years — first houses, forever houses, the ones people saved for and waited for. If yours was in the path of these fires, we are so deeply sorry. We remember your move. We remember you.

Our crews are still out working where it is safe, moving people into shelter and into whatever comes next. When the smoke or the fire activity makes it unsafe, we pull back and wait — but where we can help someone through a transition right now, we're there.

If there is anything we can do for you, please reach out. Anything. You have supported this company for years, and now we want to be here for you. 🩷

Tonight was Movher’s monthly all-staff meeting where we review a safety topic, work on specific packing or moving skills and review the coveted Movher of the Month (congrats Clinten!). Tonight was bittersweet as we said goodbye to Durran, who’s been with us for nearly 3 years and is moving on (pun intended) to something outside the moving industry. He will be remembered for his work ethic, reliability and ability to make everyone feel welcomed. We’ll miss you, Durran. 😢 Best of luck! 💕💕💕
