One of my favorite moments during Prime wasn't about packages—it was about people.

After a long, hot day delivering for our customers, our drivers returned to the station to a surprise: free ice cream waiting for them as a small thank you for everything they had accomplished during Prime.

What made it even more special was partnering with a local small business, Hart of the Ozarks Ice Cream Delights. The owner, Mrs. Hart, was actually my son's elementary school art teacher before retiring to pursue her dream of opening an ice cream business. It was incredibly rewarding to support someone who has invested so much in our community while also celebrating the incredible work of our team.

Seeing our drivers unwind, laugh together, and cool off with a sweet treat after delivering through the Missouri heat was one of those simple moments that reminded me what this program is really about. Prime is demanding, and our drivers give so much to serve our customers. Taking time to recognize their hard work while supporting another local entrepreneur made it a win for everyone.

Strong communities are built through partnerships, and this was a great reminder that when we support local businesses, we're also investing in the people and neighborhoods we all call home.

🔥 Prime Week Appreciation, SPOT Style! 🍗👏

Prime Week is one of the busiest times of the year, and we wanted to make sure our team knew just how much we appreciate everything they do.

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible Safety Manager, Chef Jared Melton, who added a chef's apron to his safety vest and treated our drivers to an amazing grilled chicken sandwich spread as they returned from their routes last night! 🍗🥗

To every SPOT On Delivery driver and team member: Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to safety during Prime Week. We know the long hours and increased volume aren't easy, and we're grateful for everything you do to make our customers' experience exceptional.
