Courier Express is expanding it’s sales team! We are seeking a motivated, naturally driven Sales Executive who will build relationships, generate revenue, facilitate, and enhance customer experiences.

Courier Express is a courier and logistics company that specializes in expedited freight and same day deliveries. Our company offers a “small company” culture where associates, managers, and owners coexist to accomplish goals and expand our vast client base. We are offering a career, not just a job, where the selected individual will become a valued member of our team, and will flourish, grow, and receive a set salary plus commission from total generated sales. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

· Make contact and establish new business with prospective, current and former clients to identify business opportunities
· Target/prospect new leads (located domestically)
· Develop client relationships through daily activities
· Utilize existing prospect list while also adding new target clients
· Design, plan and execute transportation solutions
· Presentation with professionalism and confidence
· Create/manage personal calendar surrounding customer appointments/visits
· Respond to emails during and after hours (as needed) to ensure client satisfaction is met

The successful candidate will have:
· Experience in over the phone sales
· Possess a natural ability to adapt and evolve with a rapidly growing business
· Creative thinking skills
· Ability to use computer-based software and email, and perform internet searches
· Proven success for expanding business
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Excellent solution-selling, negotiating and closing skills
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Friendly mannerisms and be self-motivated
· Possess self-management qualities
· Require minimum supervision
· Experience selling to small, medium or large organizations
· Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
· CRM software experience is a plus

Key Requirements:
· Must pass full background check & drug screen
· High School graduate or equivalent
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
· Minimum 1 year work experience
· High level of integrity and work ethic
· Valid Driver’s License
· Willing to work either 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm shift

This is a salary based position with a commission structure in place.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
