Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse management. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and familiarity with various warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Handle shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order statuses.
Utilize RF scanners for efficient tracking of products throughout the warehouse.
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes safely and effectively.
Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, including loading and unloading materials.
Assist in picking orders accurately using order pickers to fulfill customer requests.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is essential.
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and cranes.
Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols at all times.

We need folks that are interested in becoming, or already are owner operators/ independent contractors of small fuel efficient vehicles such as cars, mini vans, SUV’s, etc. You just need to be able to pass a background check, have a clean MVR, and meet some slightly upgraded insurance limits. Hotshot flatbed employee driver position available. Class E or better driver's license required. Needs to be able to pass DOT physical and drug test. Good driving record required.

You will be operating a company pickup truck with various trailers and driving to various States. You will need to know how to comply with all DOT requirements. Pre and post checks of the vehicle and trailer to make sure they are up to standard is required.

The pay is $25 an hour for drive, load and wait time. Hotel is paid for up to $100 per night via reimbursement. Fuel, insurance, and maintenance are all paid by the company.

T&T Logistics is in need of an additional overnight dispatcher to handle our overnight on demand operation. This person will be responsible for handling incoming calls, placing delivery orders, dispatching orders, following up with drivers and customers, possibly handling deliveries themselves as needed, etc. This will be a full time position with benefits.
