💥 Once the horses video is no longer active, that horse has been sold or shipped.
💥 Hours of operation:
8am to 5pm - Monday through Friday
Saturday and Sunday by appointment
💥 All horses are bought as is, where is with no guarantees written or implied. Horses will be represented to the best of our knowledge with any and all information that we are given on the horses in our care upon arrival to our facility. Ages are determined by a quick glance at the horses teeth, all visible bumps or impurities will be noted in the horses video. Long term soundness issues may present later on that we are not aware about, there are no guarantees on soundness for this reason.
Note: Any and all equines coming from the lot should be quarantined for a minimum of 4 weeks.
💥 Once purchased, the horse belongs to the buyer. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges.
💥 Once purchased, we are no longer responsible for accident, injury or death while the horse is on the premises.
💥 You will be given 2 days free board to arrange for pick up, after 2 days you will be charged $20/day for boarding of the horse. After 15 days without board payment the horse is forfeited back to Stl Kill Pen to be resold or shipped.
💥 Quarantine is available through the lot at a second location at $550/30 days. Farrier, vet appointments and dentist can be arranged as well as buyers cost. Quarantine includes unlimited access to alfalfa hay, grain fed 2x daily, 5-way vaccine and dewormer.
💥 Transport can be arranged through Stl Kill Pen haulers at a discounted rate.
💥 All horses will have a current coggins when leaving the premises, horses going out of state will require a health certificate.
💥 Certain horses may have people give “gifts” towards a horses bail to make it cheaper for someone to save the horse, these are gifts and not a tax deductible donation. By giving a gift you are stating you have read and understand this agreement. We are NOT a 501c3 organization.
