There are awards you’re proud to receive — and then there are moments that make you stop and think about the journey that got you there.
This week at NEMTAC’s Transform 2026 National conference, 360 Quality Care + Transport was honored with the prestigious Accredited Provider Award of Excellence, the highest provider recognition in our industry.
For a St. Louis startup company celebrating its 10th anniversary, that means a lot.
Today, 360 is one of only 19 NEMT providers in the nation operating at NEMTAC’s highest level of accreditation. We maintain a 98%+ on-time performance record, and our driver performance scores have averaged more than 99% over the past three months.
And this week brought another important milestone.
One member of our team, Carly Newman, Director of Operations, became certified to Train the Trainer in Advanced Wheelchair Securement and Stretcher Operations — allowing 360 to help train not only our own employees, but other providers throughout the industry.
That may be the accomplishment that best describes what 360 has always believed.
A stronger industry makes all of us better.
For ten years, Steve Newman and Debbie Newman and the entire 360 team have continued investing in accreditation, training, technology, measurement and accountability — often before anyone required it. Not simply to differentiate 360, but because people with mobility challenges deserve transportation that is safe, reliable, professional and accountable.
That is advocacy.
And increasingly, it is stewardship of an industry that is becoming an important part of the healthcare continuum.
Thank you to NEMTAC, our industry partners and peers, our healthcare and senior-care partners, our clients and families who trust us every day — and especially the drivers, dispatchers and team members at 360 who actually deliver on these standards one trip at a time.
The award belongs to all of you.
We are tremendously proud of how far this little St. Louis company has come.
But perhaps the best recognition of all is knowing that the bar across our industry continues to rise.
That was the goal all along.
