On Monday, we will recognize Labor Day—and the millions of people whose work keeps our communities moving, caring and connected.

At 360, we’re proud to be part of the continuum of care. Healthcare doesn’t begin or end at the hospital or doctor’s office. For many patients, it begins with having a safe, reliable way to get there.

That’s why we invest in our people and their training. Our drivers, dispatchers and team members understand that every trip is more than transportation—it’s access to healthcare.

This Labor Day, we celebrate our 360 team and all the healthcare professionals we work alongside every day.

Different roles. One continuum of care. One shared purpose: better outcomes for the people we serve.

Certification Should Mean Something.

At 360, we believe there’s a difference between saying you follow NEMT standards and investing in the people, training and certifications to demonstrate it.

That’s why every 360 driver is a Certified Transport Specialist® (CTS)—not simply one person in our organization. And we’ve gone further, investing in advanced mobility device securement and certified stretcher operator training, including instructor-level credentials that allow us to train our own team and other NEMT professionals.

Why does that matter?

Because when you're trusting someone to transport a loved one, patient or resident—particularly someone using a wheelchair or stretcher—you deserve to know what "trained,” “certified” and “accredited” actually mean.

We encourage our healthcare partners, patients and families to look deeper. Ask questions. Verify the credentials. Understand who is actually trained.

For 360, integrity means being able to stand behind what we say with training, certification, measurement and accountability.

Don't just take our word for it. Know the standard.

Raising the Standard for Stretcher Transportation

At 360, safety isn’t something we simply talk about. We invest in the training, standards and people necessary to deliver it.

We’re proud of Carly Newman, our Director of Operations, who has earned her NEMTAC Certified Stretcher Operator (CSO) certification and advanced to become a CSO Certified Instructor — giving her the credentials to help train others in the proper standards for stretcher transportation.

When you’re transporting someone by stretcher, you’re caring for some of the most vulnerable people we serve. Proper securement, trained operators, compassion and attention to detail aren’t extras. They are responsibilities.

For 360, Carly’s certification is another step in our commitment to raising the standard — within our own company and across the NEMT industry.

Every trip represents a person. Every person deserves to be transported safely. Watch as Carly demonstrates loading a Stryker into our fully equiped transport van.

Welcome to Dispatch, Jess!

The dispatch department is where things happen—connecting our drivers, our patients, and the details that help every trip go right.

Jess brings a valuable perspective to the team. As a former 360 driver, she understands firsthand how safety, reliability, and comfort come together to shape the patient experience.

Now she’ll be helping make it happen from the other side—supporting our drivers and making sure our patients receive the quality care they deserve.

Welcome to the dispatch team, Jess! We’re glad to have you! 💛

September is National Self-Awareness Month — and awareness matters when making decisions about care.

When choosing non-emergency medical transportation for yourself, a loved one or a patient, do you know who you're trusting?

Is the provider accredited? Are their drivers properly trained? Do they measure safety and on-time performance? Are passengers and mobility devices properly secured? And is accountability part of how they operate every day?

At 360, we believe access to care includes making informed decisions about how you get there.

Not all transportation providers operate to the same standards. Taking the time to understand the difference — and choosing a responsible, accredited provider — is an important part of advocating for yourself and the people in your care.

Be aware. Ask questions. Know the standards. Choose responsibly.

Because getting someone to care safely isn't just a ride. It's a responsibility.

Every Generation Deserves a Safe Ride.

Since school is back, and our roads are busy again with buses and parents safely getting kids where they need to go, special attention must be taken.

At 360, we're busy moving people too—our parents, grandparents, neighbors and loved ones who depend on safe, reliable transportation to access healthcare.

Different generations. Different destinations. Same responsibility.

Slow down. Pay attention. Take care of one another. Because every passenger is someone’s someone.

Want to Reduce NEMT Fraud? Start With the Ride. Explore how GPS, in-vehicle cameras and performance measurement can stop fraud, waste and abuse before a claim is even filed. Read the short take from 360. https://wix.to/1mJchwd

Fighting fraud, waste and abuse shouldn't begin after a claim is submitted. GPS, in-vehicle cameras and performance measurement can bring greater accountability to the ride itself.

There are awards you’re proud to receive — and then there are moments that make you stop and think about the journey that got you there.

This week at NEMTAC’s Transform 2026 National conference, 360 Quality Care + Transport was honored with the prestigious Accredited Provider Award of Excellence, the highest provider recognition in our industry.

For a St. Louis startup company celebrating its 10th anniversary, that means a lot.

Today, 360 is one of only 19 NEMT providers in the nation operating at NEMTAC’s highest level of accreditation. We maintain a 98%+ on-time performance record, and our driver performance scores have averaged more than 99% over the past three months.

And this week brought another important milestone.

One member of our team, Carly Newman, Director of Operations, became certified to Train the Trainer in Advanced Wheelchair Securement and Stretcher Operations — allowing 360 to help train not only our own employees, but other providers throughout the industry.

That may be the accomplishment that best describes what 360 has always believed.

A stronger industry makes all of us better.

For ten years, Steve Newman and Debbie Newman and the entire 360 team have continued investing in accreditation, training, technology, measurement and accountability — often before anyone required it. Not simply to differentiate 360, but because people with mobility challenges deserve transportation that is safe, reliable, professional and accountable.

That is advocacy.

And increasingly, it is stewardship of an industry that is becoming an important part of the healthcare continuum.

Thank you to NEMTAC, our industry partners and peers, our healthcare and senior-care partners, our clients and families who trust us every day — and especially the drivers, dispatchers and team members at 360 who actually deliver on these standards one trip at a time.

The award belongs to all of you.

We are tremendously proud of how far this little St. Louis company has come.

But perhaps the best recognition of all is knowing that the bar across our industry continues to rise.

That was the goal all along.
