Motus has been extremely disappointing in handling payments and resolving ongoing issues. Their lack of organization and communication is negatively impacting businesses and, more importantly, affecting companies’ ability to access funds they are owed. This situation needs to be addressed immediately and with accountability. If these issues continue, affected businesses may need to explore their legal options to protect their financial interests.
