It’s summer time! I will be up at the track in Stamford Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:30 this week doing some field work with anyone that would like to join.

It’s about that time of the year again! We will be kicking up spring training soon. We are going to focus not only on speed, agility and coordination, but competitiveness and leadership skills as well. Hope to see you all out there!
