Update to TX DMV Operations ODE/MID 3901 E Business Loop 20, Odessa, TX 79761

***Apportioned Plates***

If you are needing to add a vehicle to your IRP Account (Apportioned Plates) you MUST FIRST GO ONLINE BEFOR GOING INTO THE PHYSICAL LOCATION.

The old TXIRP website is no longer used. The new website info is in the picture. This picture is the page given to me by the TX DMV Representative in Odessa.

After following the instructions to get your new TXFLEET.TXDMV.GOV access & making your necessary changes to your account you can go into the office. Pay and get your plates. This can all be done same day. You DO NOT have to wait the 3-5 days it says you do on the online portal.

I hope this info can save someone an unnecessary trip up there.
