Traffic light accidents are some of the most common accidents on the road, especially for large commercial vehicles.

Staying alert and anticipating changes at traffic lights can help prevent these accidents. Watch the light from a distance as you approach, check your mirrors for tailgaters, and be prepared to stop well in advance. Always scan left to right for oncoming traffic that may run the light, even when you have the right of way.

Taking a few extra seconds to stay alert at every intersection can make a big difference.

Congratulations to Spencer S. on reaching an incredible milestone of 500,000 safe driving miles!

Spencer has been part of the PS Logistics family since 2022 and joined the DMT team this past January. In his time with DMT, he has already proven to be a great addition to the team, bringing with him the experience, professionalism, and commitment to safety that helped him reach this milestone.

Reaching 500,000 safe miles takes consistency, focus, and a commitment to making safety a priority every time you get behind the wheel. Spencer’s accomplishment reflects the work he has put in mile after mile throughout his career with the PS Logistics family.

Keeping your brakes in good working condition starts with making them a priority during every inspection. Take the time to look for cracks, excessive wear, damage, or anything else that could lead to a problem once you are out on the road.

Clark has been with DMT since October 2025 and is quickly approaching his first full year with the team. In that time, he has shown a strong commitment to doing the job the right way. We are proud to have played a role in restoring a piece of Ensley’s history.

The Color Project mural has been part of the Ensley community for more than a decade, serving as a celebration of the people, culture, and history that make the area unique. As the current owner of the building where the mural stands, DMT was honored to support artist Ukuu Tafari’s return to restore his original work and preserve its story for years to come.

At DMT, being part of a community means more than simply doing business there. It means respecting its history, supporting its culture, and doing our part to preserve the things that matter to the people who call it home.

We are grateful to everyone involved in bringing this important piece of Ensley’s history back to life and proud to have had a part in making it possible.
